Thanks to Travis Jochim for sending in these pictures of corn that he was using an ACLF in furrow program on.
The corn on the left was untreated. The corn on the right had Pro-Germinator, Kalibrate, Micro500, Actuate, & NGage. Both varieties were planted the same day.
John Allen from our Madisonville location sent in these pictures last week. He's seeing some pretty significant Grey Leaf Spot pressure. It's showing up a little earlier than usual, which could mean a larger than expected economic impact.
Security Seed & Chemical will once again be offering an aerial application service to apply fungicides. Contact your local SSC Sales Rep for details.
We take pride in the value that we bring our customer. Many times, our "outside the box" thinking cultivates ideas that normally would be passed over by other companies, but sometimes it pays off.
At our research farms in Hopkinsville, Morganfield, and Dresden, we test hundreds of combinations of new products. Most never get commercially launched, but when they do, you can be assured that THEY WORK!
We've discovered another product that is turning heads. It's currently listed as "EXP C15" and the impact that it has on a corn plant's root mass are amazing. Look for more information about this product in the coming months.
This field of corn had the exact same base fertilizer treatment. Tim Schwenk discovered that the difference in emergence and appearance is the in furrow fertility used to supplement the dry program. Our Agro-Culture Liquid program. Our corn program, planted on the right, is 2 collars ahead of our competitor's program on the left.
Also, the root mass on our treatment was MASSIVE!
Thanks to these pictures from Cory Thomas in Morganfield, KY. His customer was having problems with his planter kit stopping up. Where it was stopping up, he had to replant. Where it wasn't, Pro-Germinator,, Sprint Start, & N-Gage were placed in furrow, which had an excellent stand.
No replanting was necessary for the treated corn on the right. The left was replanted.
Can you find the pass that didn't get any fertilizer?
